IVF can make it hard to quiet your mind. We remember how easy it was to get stuck in our heads, even when nothing was happening. Slowing down, even for a few minutes, helped us feel a little more steady.
This space brings together simple breathing tools, quick mindful moments, and guided meditations we’ve created – the kinds of tools we kept coming back to when it all felt overwhelming.
Nothing complicated, nothing unrealistic – just gentle ways to pause, breathe, and feel a little more like ourselves again.
We created this page because we truly wish we’d had something like this during our own IVF journeys.
