About Gently Into Sleep

No one really tells you how much IVF can change your nights.

You prepare yourself for the injections and the appointments. But somehow, just when you need sleep the most, it can become harder to find. Your body feels exhausted, yet your mind keeps replaying conversations, thinking about what’s next, or drifting towards all the unknowns that come with treatment.

We created this meditation because we’ve had nights like that too.

Sanft in den Schlaf isn’t designed to make sleep happen. It’s simply a gentle space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. A chance to slow your breathing, soften some of the tension you may have been carrying, and let your body and mind rest for a little while.

And if sleep doesn’t come straight away, that’s okay too.

Rest still counts.

It’s about helping you feel a little more supported, a little less alone, and a little gentler with yourself after a day that may have asked a lot of you.
